The Stavely Education
Foundation was formed in 1996. It is a regulated federally-approved charitable
trust and is able to issue tax receipts for donated funds and bequests. No money
donated will be used for administration, salaries, or rental. The volunteer
board is made up of fiscally-responsible members of the community.
The goals of the education trust are two-fold:
 |
To manage donations
and bequests to develop a legacy directed to educational projects and
scholarships. |
 |
To assist in the
delivery of quality, accessible public education in Stavely Schools. |
Three endowment funds
are currently in place. If you wish to make a donation or enquire about
establishing a new fund or endowment to commemorate a person, event or specific
scholastic purpose, please send an email to s-stavely@lrsd.ab.ca or call
1-403-549-3953.
